Trent DeBoer

Trent Deboer is two years old and was injured by a riding lawn mower.  The Laurens EMS Squad rushed Trent to AO Fox Hospital where they stabilized him for the transport to Albany Medical Center. There Trent went under 7 hour surgery to stabilize and repair what they could at the time. Trent had a broken pelvis, hip, and femur bone. Trent had his sciatic nerve cut and repaired. Trent has under gone several surgeries since the accident on June 23, 2011.  Trent is now able to walk but does not have full feeling in his leg yet. We won’t know anything for 12 to 18 months. Trent will have more surgeries in the future, but for now it is a waiting game.
