6 Years old, Grace is from Cherry Valley, She suffered from kidney Failure at the age of 3 years old and requires. Grace is diagnosed with Focal Segmental glomular stenosis she will have one kidney removed and one kidney transplanted

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

·        Allison Marie Copeland

 11 Years old, Allison is from Walton, Allison has been diagnosed With Tetralogy of fallot (a congenital heart defects).
